No because all the babies are atheists anyway.

It is theists who change the small innocent minds into believing in superstitions.

It really amazes me how eager people are to exclude people from things based on NOTHING rational. But this one REALLY pisses me off, because the people MOST hurt by THIS discrimination, are children who need parents.

apologies, i got ahead of myself. but honestly i am getting sick and tired of it, those people claim moral superiority yet they'd prefer the death of the human race to a few denied lives that at that time aren't even lives yet

I am a follower of Christ, yet I do not hate people because God created all people. As long as a person is loving and cares for children then there is no need to differentiate.

Which atheist do you mean? Or do you mean atheists?

Who is going to make this decision for other people? What would qualify them to make the decision.

Personally I do not think anyone who believes in an afterlife should be allowed to have any government or civil service job, because they only see this life as a pale imitation of a life to come. I want someone in charge who knows that, if they push the button, that's it.

I'd rather see a child raised by an atheist than a fundamentalist believer.

Interesting that you should think atheists have no souls. We don't either. However, if you are a Christian and you think that, you're going to hell.

there shouldn't even be a "yes" option. kids just need a home and some love. and who ever decides to give that to them religion or no religion should feel rewarded.

No they have the right to have kids as well. You know most atheist wouldn't or aren't going to push their children into being an atheist I'm sure they would respect their child's choice of whatever religion they chose to be. I sure wouldn't push mine to be an atheist, if they want to believe in "god" then they can. They're there own person that means making there own choices

Not believing in a religion does not mean you are a bad parent.
