I didn't know that he/she had more than one. Technically he had a sex change. "He" was born a woman, and the doc that did the sexual reassignment surgery left the ovaries and other reproductive organs internally.

No, I saw an interview with the couple last year. "he" has a wife, and the other woman was inable to have children, so they did it invetro. The wife's family didn't even know that "he" had been a woman before until they got the invetro. So it had to come out.

this is just a woman who happened to get pregnant before she fully became a man, what is ridiculous though is after the first he/she probably just wanted attention so they had more, why else did they not complete the surgery?

This is just a woman with chest reconstruction and testosterone therapy.
Technically she really won't be a man until she has the full sex reassignment surgery.

Until then, she is just a breastless woman with high testosterone levels.

Don't get the wrong idea though... This person can do whatever they want. People can change their genders all they want and even try to stay in between for as long as they want.... I don't care.

It's just that I personally think it's silly and preposterous that people who haven't even fully transitioned, try to act like they have. Even if they get it legally written down, it's all idiotic to me. But I suppose somewhere it makes sense to many people that a pregnant, breastless, woman with high testosterone levels and functioning female sexual organs is considered a man.

I watched a show on "him". He's a woman down there, and male legally. So, yeah I do believe it.
