Whoever wear sagging pants I hope they really understand the meaning of it...I guess this is a gereat way for them to advertise their sex preference.

..also I hope that the parents explain the meaning to their kids, especially the young ones and the early teens. If they understand the meaning they might change their mind not wearing them.
