This cultural phenomenon was started in the prison system and has its roots in prison culture.

Prisoners are given generic sizes of pants to wear -san belts, so they don't decide to off themselves - with those sizes too big for the wearer drooping past the waist. and the farther down the more available.. Kinda makes you proud of your "Droopy Drawers"??

I turn my eyes away. That's because the law doesn't allow me to react as I would like.

It's gross. Nobody wants to see your butt. I swear in seventh grade this kid named Nick always sagged. And he was in my P.e. Period and when we ran the mile he wuld always be right in front of me and I had to look at his sagging butt for the whole mile. It's disgusting.

I really don't want to see a guy's butt as he's trying to walk, but can't because his pants are down around his knees.

A person who constantly dresses like that has to over-compensate with posture in sitting on a Sofa, or seated in a hard-back chair, or car-seat, on-board Public Tranportation, and mostly walking . . . Up the stairs, Down the stairs, all aorund. I know of a man who suffered a knee-injury in High School Football, and delayed his surgery until his 40th Birthday. All of those especially latter-years he suffered back pain; lower back, legs, cramping, feet, shoulder blades, all-over-pain. Once he succumbed to the blade, his whole life changed for-the-better. All the pain subsided . . . All because of his no longer finding it necessary to over-compensate for that stupid knee injury. Think about it. All of THAT just for some kind of stupid, political-fashion? How stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
