i find it pretty unatractive. Did you know that sagging pants actually originated in jail? men who sagged their pants were saying they wanted to get it in the ass. so how exactly does sagging pants make you look cool again? lmao XD

There are many more who think it's stupid than not. Even president Obama said "Brothers should pull up their pants". I posted a similar question about self mutilation (body piercing). It's a crazy world.

Ok. Haven't seen guys walking around Honolulu with sagging pants. Guess it's just too hot to wear clothes like that here.
T-shirts, bermuda shorts and rubber slippers are the regular, casual clothes worn by guys here. (at least they're covered all over!)
