Not usually but it depends upon the magnitude of the wrong-doing which has been perpetrated against me.

Some things just are not worth the effort; but some other aggressions simply will not stand...

    Some actions are simply "unforgivable..."

It only really hurts the one filled with the hate. We shouldn't keep hate bottled up inside of us.

When someone hurts me, they usually inadvertently hurt themselves too.

    No revenge needed.

no i often feel the desire for revenge but i never do it because seeking revenge is like holding onto a burning coal with the intention of throwing it. instaid of burning your enemy you burn yourself

No,because I believe in karma. The revenge I would wish on others will come back to me,and the fact of knowing this will happen will make the karma even worse.

NO...Never. We all have a right to our own self direction and we have no right to seek revenge simply because we think we have been slighted. Often the ones that may have hurt us have actually done us a favor. We no longer have to deal with their subterfuge and we may indeed find a much better life.

I feel that most things happen for the best anyway. Revenge is not something that I would ever seek. It's a waste of time and effort. Thanks for commenting.

No. It is definately within all of us to feel a desire for another to suffer for their transgression against us but this is OUR burden. Not theirs. That desire, if it continues, proves debilitating to our further growth. It takes up time and conscentration that is much better spent elswhere. It takes actual energy to maintain a grudge even though you may be tempted to say things such as "I am fine. I am not thinking about them" (but I will never speak to them again) The freedom of TRULY letting go of these thoughts is overwhelming but it is VERY difficult to decide to do this sometimes.
