BUCCANEER~POTL~PWCM~JLA 2012/12/01 11:36:25The UN is a waste of good real estate!

(could be better used for helping disabled, returning veterans and homeless veterans)
WASTE of our tax Dollars (that are borrowed) to fund that DEN of INEQUITY and CRIMINALS, Repressive Governments ..
DEFUND .. Kick them to the curb .. take the real estate back
and use it to help others who can be helped (OUR OWN CITIZENS .. first and foremost .. )
Rabid nationalism is atavistic. "American exceptionalism" should not be allowed to be turned into fascism. America should lead, not rule.
As to your thoughts on American exceptional-ism, that spirit is what made the US the greatest country ever, and I for one am happy to be a part of that, and you should find a new place to live where you can be just another one of the communist drones doing what you're told by the "Government that knows best for you"! Make the move soon please, less of your type is better for America!
Gee, you must be a Christian.
Gee, you must be an athiest.
Around two hundred years ago or so, westerners first came upon dodo birds on a remote island. The birds had never seen humans, so they had no fear. To the sailors on that ship, the OBVIOUS thing to do was to KILL all the dodo birds.
TODAY, such an idea would be repulsive to almost ANY civilized human on the planet.
THAT'S evolutionary.
235 years ago it seemed completely right and proper that white, male slave owners could propose the idea that "all men are created equal" without the slightest bit of shame or hypocricy. There isn't any new knowledge that makes that seem contradictory NOW - it's moral and ethical evolution. A sufficient number of humans have grown into the clear understanding that sex, race, religion and social status are not qualitative . . . . and that's an EVOLUTIONARY change that will direct the course of humanity in the future.
I will not accept sin as good no matter how long you yell it.
No way will you get even two humans to agree 100%.
BUILDING for SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD of MAKING A PARKING LOT?
The Netherlands has The International Criminal Court on its soil.
We are proud to have them here!
At the start of the 1990s, after the end of the Cold War, international cooperation in the field of security and international criminal law was a main interest of countries.
In less than ten years, various new – and in some cases groundbreaking – organisations were set up.
The largest are the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (1993), Europol (1994), the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) (1997) and the International Criminal Court (2002), all of which are based in The Hague.
The city and its surrounding area are now home to 131 international organisations all working for peace and justice in the world.

Why is the US so anti-UN?
Strange because you were one of the founding members.
Or maybe you don't like other countries have another opinion as your own, maybe that is why the US is vetoing so much.
Or is it because since the eighties the US did pay their membership in full; only a part of it and sometimes not at all.
Or its because the US doesn't like to work together with other countries.

You want to tell other countries what they have to do, what to decide!
When they won't do that are anti-American and should not be heard in the UN or being admitted.
That is not to say that the UN shouldn't reorganize!
Because they should work more econimical, more focused.
Sooner or later you have to realize we are part of a larger world and working with it is better than imposing on it.
The hate that exists in the world for the US is of our own making and I see the same line of thinking here..
