Real potatoes, sliced thin, cooked in a good quality oil and lightly salted. I love UTZ, Lays, and here in Connecticut a brand called "State Line". We eat at least a large bag every other week. When I was a kid, we had a guy come around in a van selling "Charles Chips" in a 3 pound metal can- they were salty and great and I ate them with a milk chaser (it is really quite good that way- or so I thought when I was 11).
