Now you're being hypocritical.

You support abortions, that makes you pro-abortion, the fact that you may never commit an abortion does not change that.

If someone supported gay rights we would say they are pro gay rights, but if that person wasn't gay it wouldn't mean that they were no longer pro gay rights.

Yes.....And if being human is all that qualifies you to have human rights, you deserve then from conception! As far as capital punishment...well, there is a huge difference between an innocent human baby who did nothing wrong and a person who takes the life of another. Innocent verses Guilty. If you know the punishment and commit the crime, you ask for it. But I am pro-life because I wish them to do what is right and not take the life of someone else (unless in self defence).

For me personally, I would need total proof the person was guilty. Otherwise a 25 year maximum in prison. But a human fetus is always innocent.

If it were up to me....there would need to be 100% proof. If not you go to jail for 25 years. That being said, I can always say with 100% certainty that all human fetuses are 100% innocent, So they never deserve a death sentence!
