Our body is around 98 degrees so why is 90 degree weather so hot for us?

Your internal body temperature is 98.6 degrees. This is the temperature of your organs and blood for the most part.

Your external body temperature isn't 98.6 degrees. If you were to reach your hand in through your stomach and feel your innards, they'd feel warm to you.
