Okay so my friend wants me to stay up till she gets on sodahead. I want to sleep. What do I do?

yesterday my friend wanted me to get on sodahead so we could talk. I wanted to do something else but I got on anyways. She only stated on for a few minutes. Tonigh she wants me to get on sodahead and wait for her to get home so we can talk again. I want to go to bed. It's 11:24 here. She lives close to me so it is the same time by her as well. What do I do?
