People who seek to secure their next relationship before leaving the one they're in portray the epitome of virtue- less,spineless beings.Besides lacking gravely in charecter their inability to be alone will result in the same thing happening to you because they'll always be trolling for their 'next'.I'd stay a billion light years away from him...there are plenty others.
