Ok guys....if you're big and you're wondering why your smart car won't go faster...maybe you should consider buying a new car...or getting on a Weight Watchers diet.
It is not the speed or horsepower that matter these days with the high gas prices.Now it is economy,and the ones that drive smart cars or other compact cars are the ones laughing when at the gas pumps.
Apparently, there are other cars that cost less and get the same gas mileage, plus a backseat and more trunk. It is also called the "moderately intelligent" car............
There IS a 4seat version, and even a roadster model.
And they cost more THERE...here in Europe where they make the things, they are quite resonably priced.
I drove 3 weeks on a single tank of gas, that cost me LESS than $20.00.....Suse there are cars that can do that.....I just can't think of any that arn't a microcar/4wheel moped, that's limited to around 22mph.
