Obama bypassing Courts to buy more voters !!!

The Obama administration plans to distribute $1.3 billion to
female and Hispanic farmers who claim they were discriminated against by the
federal government. These settlements are to be paid out to those with or
without a support claim. Hispanic and female farmers were denied class action certification
by a federal judge, a decision later upheld by the Supreme Court. The
Department of Justice said that because of the denial, it could not negotiate a
class wide settlement with Hispanic and female farmers, meaning they would have
to pursue individual claims against the government.

But
the Obama administration has made it a priority to settle large civil rights
cases at the Department of Agriculture, and last month Justice Department
officials reversed course and started negotiating with them as a group,
officials said. Even though there was no legal leg to stand on.

The settlement offer comes with a $50,000 cap on damages for
individual farmers, regardless of how much they have lost. Money that comes out
of the tax payers pocket and whose sole intend is to buy future votes despite
the court’s ruling.

How much more buying are
we willing to allow? The arrogance that Maobama and his cronies become more and
more apparent. They do whatever they want unless “We, the People” are speaking
out against it. Guess the midterm election message did not reach liberals.
