What could they possibly gain? I meant to hit no. At least they aren't armed with weapons. It would only mean they would go to jail for public indecency. There are laws most everywhere prohibiting nudity in public. How stupid.
They are if they simulate a grim event. That photograph reminded me of a mass execution of Jews that took place...I forget where. The Nazis made them strip, lined them up on one side of a ditch, facing away from the ditch. The Nazis, of course, stood on the opposite side from the targets. They then let go with their machine guns, and kept shooting and shooting, causing their victims to fall into the ditch as they got hit.
I suppose they could be, if only to garner attention for the cause.
