my friend has frequent noise bleeds on random occasions and im not sure why. he does not have migraines.

    if its not that what are some other possible choices? and i have informed him about that. he said that he does not have blood pressure problems.

    Blood pressure.
    It is one of the main issues that cause nose bleeds. Tell him he should go to the doctor and get his blood pressure taken.
