    As someone who once lived in New York, I hated that place myself, but the pizza was awesome.

    Definitely thin crust and hand tossed. And it has to be cooked at close to sea level elevations or the crust will rise too much. The barometric air pressure at sea level is greater and it pushes the crust down. It has to be flavorful and, most importantly, chewy.

    Pagliacci Pizza in Seattle, Wa. is the very best. The best high altitude pizza is at Pasta Jay's in Moab, Utah.

    Bud Bay Inn (Olympia) and Pikes Market (Seattle) are cool also if you're into sea food.

    If you are ever in St louis, Missouri you must get you an IMO'S pizza, you must love thin crust. We live 6 hours away now but when we go back we always stop and eat there. Miss good pizza, Mississippi has no idea what good pizza is, if it's not deep fried or cooked in bacon grease they don't have it. ha ha...

    When i went to New York the pizza i had there was amazing!
