New Images Of A Building On Mars, Possibly Something Or Once Again Nothing?

An American astronomer claims to have found some sort of building or construct on Mars and the images and video are going viral. After several images have been proven to be nothing but natural formations on the planet, could this image finally show, well, something?

"David Martines' YouTube video is heading for viral status after he
uploaded a flyby of Google Earth's Mars explorer zooming in on a white,
cylindrical shaped object.

The object, according to Mr Martines, is "about 700 feet long and 150 feet wide".

He's calling it "Bio Station Alpha", because I'm just assuming that something lives in it or has lived in it."

The image isn't the best, they never are, but Mr Martines is asking for help to find a higher resolution image if there is one. Does this image finally show us something that has been built on Mars, or again, nothing but natural formations?

Could be something. The government aways lies to us. They can't always cover everything up. Things leak out all the time now with the power of the internet.

I was able to view the original video, before it was removed by the user. Only poorly made copies remain, but from what I have seen, this is certainly not a result of ACR's (anomalous cosmic ray's) as some have floated, photographic artifacts, or pixilation. I believe most have only seen lone, still images, taken from this very grainy copy. Further research is needed, but Google has recently decreased resolution on its satellite access, so once again, the truth is obfuscated.

More news about inhabitants on Mars? The "Face" on Mars was only the beginning!

You cant tell what that is, it's probably a photographic artefact. Yet It is being confidently proclaimed as a "Stone Building Block Found On Mars" really? how do they know what it's made of? It's just another one of those stupid photos that does the rounds now and again, the story goes viral on youtube for a while, and then everyone looses interest and gets back to reality.

Where did he get the image? I used Nasa Worldwind and I was getting all sorts of artifacts in the images when zooming in, the image was pixelating pretty bad. There where white lines all over the image like the ones in the photo.

Let's say there was a building on Mars. And we haven't been told about it. In other words somebody wants to keep it a secret. Then how would they allow this to be photographed? They would make damn sure that the co-ordinates were off limits.

They may have figured no one would waste the colossal amount of time micro-scrutinizing Google Mars like this man has done.

nawww don't think so: those astronomy buffs are nearly as obsessive as train spotters.

    You're right about that. They're obsessive-compulsive.

It's probably just the mars rover. I don't care what distance it's from, more likely than not, it's nothing.
