    I hate it when I have a sunburn and that is why I try to limit my exposure. I like aloe vera to soothe afterwards ;-)

    Sun screen will reduce your risk of getting sunburn but it's no good *after* you've got sunburn :-)

    Best to limit your time in the sun, but I know that's not easy when you're having fun...
