Each time of day has its own pros. In morning, I would be happy all day, usually. In noon, it's good to get all hot and sweaty, to me, especially on a hot day. Sweating turns me on even more, as it's one of my major turn-ons. In evening, if you've had a rough day, that is the time to relieve all that stress! Peace, love, music.
