Miami's a little rich in Spanish for me. Miami's also not the most comfortable place right now. Hot and humid is never great for me. Plus, it kind of smells, to a girl from a developing, but rather small city. I've never seen LA, so I assume it is at least slightly better.

Neither one of them really. Miami Beach is OK but Miami Metro sucks. Palm Beach is cool also.

Whew, that's like asking "Which do you prefer, being shot or stabbed?" This is a case of an avoidance/avoidance conflict. I've been to both places. Both have some beautiful ocean views, but both are crowded, dirty, and full of very strange people. Well, LA also has smog, but Miami seems to have a lower percentage of people who speak intelligible English. I just kind of picked LA arbitrarily, or maybe because I have some good friends who live there.
