Not a heavy meat eater, being a senior the body does not allow heavy intake of anything. So mostly poultry and ground beef and perhaps a steak once a year.
I cook chicken (albeit not very frequently), sometimes take goat or lamb (don't know how to cook these correctly, so only take @ Indian or Muddle Eastern restos).
I know senior-citizen Seventh Day Adventists that can't eat at all unless they take soy protein pills. Food just runs through them. You look very pretty and healthy, so I am sure you are correct. Still I like chicken. Why do you object to eating chickens. Have you ever met one. They are dumb as birds. -:)
That's fair enough, and it's your choice to eat meat. I won't judge you for that. I am the only vegetarian in my family, anyway. I object to eating chickens because of how most of them are slaughtered. Same goes for every other animal.
