Me and my GF were both feeling exactly the same way today. Disconnected from things, everything was odd, off kilter, with sort of a mysterious feel to it. Ever feel like this?

We went out to eat, and the waitress acted funny. Trying to be way over involved, asking what we were talking about and trying to joke with us, In itself not a bad thing... just very odd. The feeling we had was mildly depressed, but in a rather amiable way. Our surroundings and everyone in them seemed sort of loosely tethered to reality, but not quite in a bad way. Just in a surreal sort of way. Like anything anyone says takes a minute to process. The weirdest thing of all is that whatever it was, we both felt it and had been feeling the exact same thing the entire day. As if we were responding to some actual external weirdness. Even her parents seemed to feel it.
