Then pop him in the head with a hot skillet while snatching his phone. LOL jk But I wouldn't have it.

But tell him, as long as it does not depict sexual activity, and he has her permission, it should be legal. Simple nudity is not porn.

"Simple nudity is not porn". By law, it is, and if the person in the photo is under 18, then they can be charged with child porn. Be careful. Be VERY careful, my friends.

That is NOT what the law says. Read the federal US legal definition of child pornography. http://www.law.cornell.edu/us... It does NOT say that pictures of mere nudity of someone under 18 are illegal. It says that depictions of sexual conduct or lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area, of someone under 18, are illegal. If mere minor nudity were illegal, baby bath pictures would be illegal, pictures of families with children in naturist magazines would be illegal and it would be illegal for children to appear non-sexually nude in movies. (ie, original Lord of the Flies, MacBeth, Blue Lagoon). You may also add that, if mere child nudity is child porn, then you could argue that all children are possessing child porn, because that's what they have under their clothes. That God, himself, makes child porn etc.

You must have cared for this girl at one time. Why would you want to destroy all of her good memories of you?

There is not enough emphsais on the illegal aspects of underage sexting. The sex offender registry is heavily comprised of young people who were caught sexting and their offense is listed as "possession or distribution of child pornography" which is very serious. Most of these offenders are not dangerous and will never reoffend but they are listed for life on the registry, are labeled "sexually violent predator" and they'll never have a normal life. Many will never get a job or decent housing. Children and families of these offenders suffer the collateral damage caused by having a loved one on the registry. As scary as having a photo distributed all over the world is, life on the registry is far worse. Please help educate the public. Too many of our young people are already on the registry and suffering every day... Forever...

Things you have done, that are "just what kids do nowadays", will come back and bite you in the butt. With the technology today you can count on it being found for sure.

Anyone who forces someone to give out photos like that is a nosey douche.
Also, anyone who willingly gives out those photos in order to spite an ex is equally scummy.

The question is what if the girls were pressured to take such images in order to keep or maintain a relationship?
