Is this an actual receipt?! I've spend a lot of money on fast food before... but this is going WAY overboard! How much is the most you've spent? I'm curious.

I'm sure I've bought food for me and another person before. Nowadays I get it for free ;)

The cheque average is usually between $8-$9 but occasionally a family will come through and order $50+ worth of food.

Last summer, my son & I went to this new place called "Elevation Burger" and their gimmick was that the beef was 100% grain fed, the fries were cooked in 100% peanut oil & they had all natural fruit drinks. I was down with it until our bill was like $21 for 2-burger/fry/soda meals. I'm all about the environment & eating smart; but a 1/4 pounder with cheese never looked so good.

Just a guess. But it was probably around 10 bucks. Probably was a coffee, wrap, yogurt parfait and fries. I don't eat at fast food places any more unless it is last resort.

I remember once my friends and I were all going to another friend's house for a movie night. I decided to pig out for myself in front of the movie. So this is what I bought for the whole night:

Large pizza and wings = $32
Wendy's burgers = $14
BK whoppers and fries = $12

Oh wow, I spent more than $40 to $50. Including the junk food from 7-11 which cost $12, that would be the grand total of $70.

Believe it or not, I'm skinny. I only weigh 140lbs. I have a high metabolism and I have trouble gaining weight because of it.

Thanks, hopefully my next visit to the doctor is a good one. My last check up I was good. But even at my size I can still get clogged arteries from junk so that doesn't make me invincible. Only healthy living.

It was pricy, but the food was all homemade and really filling. Anyplace where the new owner is a former city restaurant inspector is a good place to stop in my opinion.

Pizza and Chinese takeout are usually the most expensive. But I remember in grade school one of my teachers bought McDonalds for a bus full of kids while on a field trip. His wallet must have taken a beating!
