They probably spent all of high school telling everyone else that they weren't related. Personally I would have lied and tried to convince everyone we were Octuplets.

theres a guy at my school with the same name as me and we seriously look like twins and we both are in musicals and play low brass instruments, so we like to confuse our teachers all the time, its really fun :)
