I won't lie... I've definitely faked a doctor's note or two back in my day. I'm lucky I was never caught! Unlike this guy....

Kind of like the I didn't inhale thing I guess lol, I have but the Dr was a friend and gave it to me. I really couldn't miss that Concert +=)

First thing that stood out to me was that the author of the note signed the doctor's name in red ink and the rambling non-sense of the letter. Doctor's notes are usuallys short and sweet.

Well... actually, not really. I've had my Mom write excuses for missing school that weren't entirely true, but I never actually created a letter meant to be from the doctor.

Not me.But,I knew a nurse that stole a script from the doctor's desk and forged narcotics scrips.She is currently serving a little time for that stunt.

I did however changed a grade on my report card.I always recieved bad grades in junior high as well as high school.I changed an F to a B made my father very happy...till he got a note from the school informing my parents about the F.It took a loooong time for my father to trust me again

I wanted to join a gym and they had a policy that new members needed a doctor's note. I was not going to dish out an additional 20 bucks to have a doctor spend three seconds writing a note. I just copied my friend's note and changed the name and date.

Wouldn't dream of it. I've only been off sick from work once in the last 15 years, and that was because I had swine 'flu. I hate the idea of admitting that an illness has kicked my ass!
