There is no appropriate answer offered as a choice here; which is not unusual for SodaHead. You have to understand that there is a type of pier for tying off boats; and these piers are called "Crock Adies" I am not sure about the spelling; but it's at least similar. You are allowed to use them for docking your boat but you should never sit on them as they are partially floating docks. Okay?

One of my cousins, a prof of Religious Studies at UFL-Gainesville, says she has seen people do pranks with gators (including sitting on them) for pictures--and that she has absolutely no sympathy for those who get injured due to such.

Remotely possible that someone may have tried that with a Crocodylus porosus (marine croc) or C. palustris (Asian river croc), and the former is (albeit rarely) pictured as the vehicle of a Hindu deity.

Not sure where the sign is located, but I can tell it's not Singapore (there would be four in that case--English, Chinese, Malay and my own native-language Tamil) nor Sri Lanka (the other two both don't resemble Sinhala, which I can't read anyway).

As for sitting on crocodile--the only reason which comes to mind is that it would be in front of a Varuna (for Hindus, equivalent of Neptune) temple--the vehicle (not oft pictured) of that "deity" happens to be....a Crocodylus porosus (marine croc).

(the subject of the sign is more likely to be a C. palustris)
