All the dogs I have ever owned have been long haired shaggy dogs. I love all dogs but I hate dog hair on furniture and clothing. Shaggy dogs do not shed. Well they do but you just brush it out and thin out their coat. You can pick up my dog while wearing a black suite and no get hair on you. Love em, love em.

We have 4 dogs. Our Maltese, Molly, had long hair, but it got so matted that we had to have her clipped on Tuesday. All four dogs have short hair now!

long haired and short haired... hairless dogs are UGLY, with a capital U-G-L-Y... But it also depends on the breed of dog. XD

i agree. plus their expnsive cuz you have to buy them clothing or they get ammonia or some other illness from being cold all the time

yeah exactly... their just to much of a hassle to care for. i prefer the ones 'with' fur on their skin.
