We recently had a going away party for a half Italian friend of mine. Whenever he comes home, he always requests that I make lasagna.

I made 2, 9" x 13" pans and took them down to the bar. They disappeared in short order.

I make my own sauce from scratch, cook it for 2 days and then assemble it with about 7 different kinds of imported cheeses.
