Italian or German?

  Chaya, the Italians got the inspiration from Greek Theater... but, indeed they sort of invented what we have today. Italian is such a good language to sing in and to listen to. Thank you dear friend for responding here.

  I like both. German is cool, Italian sounds more passionate or intense. The way the language is spoken. Given the two I'd like to learn the former first. Russian is another language I think is cool.

  I think the Italian flows better than the German. The German was awesome too, but it doesn't have the same flow to it.

  The introduction is in German but Mr. Liebe's aria is in Italian.
  
  I learned German in school, and in college, so I recognized it. :)
  
  Pavarotti is singing in Italian, of course. Knowing that Luciano is no longer around breaks my heart.

  Tough call for me MisterD.. Both were very different, but there was something I liked about both men. However, I thought the performance from Italian Pavarotti was much better.
