Caitlin, pay no attention to slash. Frankly, you're prettier than she is. You're at a tough time in life (they're really all tough, it's just that you haven't the experience to handle it yet). Just don't sell yourself short for popularity. I think you know what I mean. One other thing. To stay pretty stay away from drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol.

Don't worry about slash, Caitlin. You're prettier than she is. Don't forget, nobody is pretty to everybody. You've reached a stage in life that's tough (they all are, you just haven't the experience yet to handle it). Just stay away from drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes and you'll grow prettier with the years. Above all, don't sell yourself short.

She's a kid who has reached that stage in life where she's becoming a woman. A bit of insecurity is understandable, especially when we consider the heavily plastered and painted, plastic filled "dolls" Hollywood and TV set up as the ideal.

I would have to agree with the top opinion. It says it all. Beauty is said to be only skin deep. I think the truth of the matter is that Beauty starts on the inside, and then comes to the surface. Its what's inside a person that counts the most. One could be as ugly as a mud fence, and still be the most Beautiful Person on Earth. Remember this. Ones external beauty only last for a while. Sooner or later it fades, then what will you do?

I have to chime in what other SH's have said about young people wanting to get strangers input if their pretty or not. They need to stop asking that question and concentrate on their inner beauties first. Is there really that much pressure now in being accepted by others because of one's looks?

Can't even see her very well.. And I could do without the stupid face she is making. Would need a clearer picture. But from what I can tell she's too young for me to find her attractive anyway.
