My cousin's 10-year-old plays the piano. Whenever there's a gathering, he asks his boy to play for us. He's not that great, and He confided in me he'd rather play the electric guitar. Whenever the kid says he doesn't want anymore lessons or to play, he gets yelled at. My cousin's chest swells with pride when he plays, and he has a look on his face like none other. Honestly, I find it boring. I feel sorry for the kid. His dad is living his dream through his kid. Doesn't seem fair. I personally think my cousin is wasting his time and money on lessons.
