Yes, living a healthy lifestyle helps, but mostly it is the genes you inherited. I know somone who has more wrinkles than me and she is 36. I have seen others who are runners, live a very healthy likestyle but look old. Like I said, it is in the genes.

NO ! So we may as well enjoy it with grace and dignity & as much fun as we can cram into our remaining life here on earth. Just think of the perks we have as we get older~

Research in mice found something that reverses aging and keeps the mice young. Don't ask me more because I cannot recall all the details but It was on theblaze.com.

Golf, my father swears that it his secret to being 85 and very healthy. Granted he doesn't move as fast as he once did but he gets out 6 days a week and has never used a cart, and keeps up with people that do. He's my hero.

Absolutely! The Holy Bible tells us how to live and take care of our selves. There is no reason that we can't live healthy lives past the age of 100 years.

I am very fair. My mother used to let me burn until I had bubbles on my shoulders. I had a few great tans in my adult life but not every year. Finally I had a simple case of basil cell carcinoma. It was easy to fix but what's in store. I hate to say that but who knows.

If you can travel at close to the speed of light, then theoretically you should be able to slow the aging process. Since time is otherwise basically a constant, then no. You will most likely age at a fairly constant rate.
