Bee Propolis, royal jelly and Co Q10 with some B12 will help keep your skin in great shape. Avoid to much sun. Take a look at skin that is cover up most of the time and you can see where the skin is damaged form the sun. Once the skin is damaged from the sun it is very difficult to fix it. In fact there is very little that you can do. Co Q10 will help a little to reverse some of the damage, but not a lot after it is done.

I just saw something the other day that is not on the market yet but will be soon that is supposed to not only stop aging but reverse it to some extent. Other than that the stem cell scientist think we will eventually be able to just rebuild body parts from stem cells grown around a silicone mold. Lots of things headed this way; hope I make it til they go public! Of course if it were up to the Republicans we would not have stem cell research. Do you remember George W coming out against stem cell research?

HGH under very strict medical monitoring has been shown to do so, as part of a comprehensive program of exercise and nutrition.

I stay young by drinking the blood of vestal virgins. It sure beats plastic surgery. I wonder if I should drink the blood of Joan Rivers?

Human growth hormone is part of the answer, yes. If you exercise when you get up in the morning (before eating anything), your blood glucose will fall quickly, and your body will produce hGH in response. So workout! But the key to anti-aging is really in the brain. You must 1) keep an open mind, and 2) have an insatiable appetite for new things and for learning. The best Rx is attitude! not a pill fountain of youth

No, nothing exists that will stop time.

You can alter your appearance with surgeries, "paint" and "Dyes", but the only routine that has any chance at "delaying" age is a healthy diet, exercise and avoiding harsh toxins and environments...

Bathing and drinking chloramine and fluoride in the water increases aging. "Government -Endorsed Fluoride Is The Leading Cause of Death...Hardens Your Arteries-Odds Are 6-10 You're Consuming This Poison Ingredient Daily." by Dr. Mercola. May 21, 2012
    Mercola.com Fluoride causes heart attacks.
www.globalhealingcenter.com Chlorine, Cancer, And Heart Disease
Chlorine causes the bad cholesterol to go up and the good cholesterol to go down. Chlorine causes heart attacks too.Chlorine and fluoride are extremely corrosive and dry out your skin and causes rashes, when bathing. The chemicals in our water age people. They can disinfect the water with alternative technologies and NOT put poison in our water. Stop fluoridation.

Exercise, a healthy diet, a positive 'mind-set' and above all being fortunate in the genes you have 'inherited' from your parents (!) all play an important part in how one is affected by the ageing 'process'. However, eventually-like it or not-ALL of us will succumb to it-just as nature intended...
