Maybe she's using a screwdriver, or if she's able to make him penetrate her, maybe she's HIV+. Maybe he's a religious freak who would be despondent over being defiled by a woman. Maybe he doesn't have all his marbles-- retarded or demented in some way.

Barring a case of AIDS or pregnancy, I suppose I'd be okay with it (heh,heh) but it would be a nightmare for a lot of men-- just as it is for a female rape victim.

I can only go by my point of view. If I was aroused and he was aroused, I don't see where rape comes into play unless I or he says, "No". I have never heard an aroused man say "No". It's fantastical.
