I'd like to know what you guys think. I notice how certain users' questions stay up longer than others though they are both TOS violations. And the petty ones, like ones who have a certain users name in it get removed immediately, but racist and offensive ones are up for hours and days before they are removed, if they even do get removed...

Yes, a large percentage of cons here find nothing objectionable about this bumper sticker.
Also, they allow anti-gay rants and sexist morons to post as much as they want to.
it does get kinda frustrating to notice certain people who are clearly set on using trollish shock value tactics being tolerated
Offensive ones are considered 'free speech', apparently, which is also ridiculous.
Saying someone's username in a negative manner is an opinion, however, it says in the T.O.S. that, unless given consent from that person to use their name in a question, will not be tolerated.
Sodahead is a sad, sick little world, isn't it? All we can do is report and wait to see if it get's removed.

true most people that are banned or what not are idiots but all that they are doing is voicing an opinion, lay the smack down on them don't perma ban them then delete their account, because that takes away the easy targets
