Well, it depends at what age. Kids in middle school usually encourage drugs and stuff, but as you get older, you mature.

You didn't give any option for don't know or undecided. In any case I think it depends on who your peers are. The people you choose to hang out with will influence you, no doubt about it. Hopefully you will be hangin with people that are relatively sane and sensible.
