Is MIAMI a good place to live for a teen??

I might be moving to Miami, and I wanted to know if Miami is good in schools, are people friendly, is it hard to make friends? And how about the weather? And financially? Tell me all you can, it will be a huge help!(:

Nope, bad idea

I have lived in Miami, downtown, in the NW, the SW section, in Miami Beach in the South Beach area when it was all just old retired Jewish people living in pastel colored hotels and graduated from Miami Senior High School. I guess I spent enough time there. I would rather live in a sewer than live in Miami.
