It depends mainly on how the boy is. I mean, without knowing both i would say a 16years old girl is waaaay more mature than a 13 y. boy. I mean mature considering the mental part mainly; But if a boy is 13 and more mature than general boys this age and mature enough to be with a 16 years old girl, then i see no problem.
Theres no "crossing the line of illegal" here, so its all about mentality.
If it were the other way around it would be considered that, and unfortunatly for most women I happen to e full-on equality, not "treat women specially". I a 16yo guy dated a 13yo girl that is considered perverted and wrong. Go by that logic. When you are older it doesnt matter, at 23/20 ect, but at that age it is a bit creepy considering the boy hasnt completely become a man yet.
No not at all but in reverse.. I wouldn't be surprised. Basically, to most people a boy 16 liking a girl 13 would be wrong but I feel there isn't at all. I liked a Freshman while I was still 17 but when my birthday came it was all dirty, tainted, toxic forbidden love *sarcasm* :/
What is a "typical" 13 year old guy and what is a "typical" 16 year old girl? There is no difference, except the maturity and age.
