I say the best way to know that someone is thinking of you is to receive thinking of you ecards. I love getting those, because then I know for sure and it's really just a sweet feeling. :) And easy to send out!

I think that if you do sneeze someone is thinking of you it might sound really stupied but i think that it is true you might no know who is thinking of you but they might be speical so remember if you sneeze someone special might be thinking of you!!!

However, it is true that when you sneeze it stimulates the pleasure center of your brain in the same way as an orgasm-- but the sneeze is much weaker.
