If the women says no, then it is countable as rape IF the man continues. Wife or not, that can cause horrible effects on the women.

She said no, did she not? If someone is forced to have sex against their will, it's rape. And since they're married, there's the additional charge of domestic violence.

A man does not own his wife or her body. He needs her consent for sexual contact each and every time. Usually this consent is given and is demonstrated in the form of reciprocal behaviour. If she says no, he does not have a right to force her.

Rape has nothing to do with marriage and everything to do with whether the person is being forced to have sex or not. If they say no and they are forced to do it, then it is rape, regardless of whether they are married or not.
