Is It Possible To Be EXTREMELY Strong AND Agile?

Keep in mind I mean strong strong like a 400-500 and beyond lb bench press. By agile I mean being able to jump, maneuver, and are just all out very, very quick in your actions

    Yeah man. I still run the 100 in under 11 seconds (on a good day!) & I can do 20 chins without stopping. Also, I can do 1000 press-ups in under an hour. And I'm 35, and I drink like a bloody fish! Just eat more meat, and push yourself harder!

    (That's pretty damn strong, but it's not Olympic weightlifter strong... that said, if you happen to rub one of them the wrong way, it might be better to get hit by the Olympic weightlifter.)
