Is it bad for a 15 year old to have never been kissed?

No course not! I didn't get minde til my 16th bday before that I'd been asked but didn't feel ready. All my friends thought I had and I didn't tell the guy either. Nobody can guess whether its your first time or not. Its how you act that's important:)

i am 22 years old and have never been kissed...and to me it is NOT a problem

I ..was pretty much in the same shoes as you..... I never went out on a date before I was 16, never stayed out after midnight..... And generally speaking the only responses to parents questions or statements or orders were "Yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, no ma'am".

I think nowadays some young people are in too big of a hurry to grow up and don't give themselves time to enjoy their youth....and that is sad....because once you grown up and are lashed to the yoke of adulthood and responsibility....you can't go back to being a kid.

Trying to mentally and physically return to childhood.....is like standing in front of an anvil bolted to a table just above waist height from the floor....and repeatedly bending forward with all the force you can in an attempt to shatter the anvil with your head... A pretty futile mission......

Frankly....you are all the better for it.....being how you are now.

Sounds like he is working up the nerve to be your first kiss. It is not bad or wierd that you haven't been kissed. I didn't have my first romantic kiss until after I was 16 and had my driver's liscense. It just is what it is. Maybe he trying to even ask you to be his girlfriend. Sometimes those 15 year olds get a bit tongue twisted when approaching those topics. If you want to kiss him, you could always take the lead too. I bet that would put a big smile on his face. I am sure either would. If you think he is the right one for your first kiss, go for it. I wish you the best, whatever happens.
