    To have it any time you want you have to buy a computer and pay for it. If they make it a right then they would have to give free computers to everybody and free internet to everybody

    It's a right, not an entitlement.

    That means you can have it if you can afford it. But, others don't have to subsidize it for you.

    First, you have to own a computer. :)

    It's hard to say it's a right because it's no different from t.v. or radio, and I don't think anyone has a RIGHT to watch t.v. or listen to the radio.
