Is dating more than one person at a time a good idea?

Although I get the logic behind men and women that say dating more than one person at a time and doing an emotional juggling act help you keep sharp with people, but in the process there is always the chance of losing everything.

Do you think it's worth the risk? As I've met a few people tonight that seem to think so, and I'm not sure I could do that.
You!

no. thats a HORRIBLE idea that usually ends in disaster. especially since it will most likely end up ruining your reputation to boot

I agree with you on that one, I just know a few people that think otherwise and like to date more than one person at once and keep all the guys they date in the loop about what they are doing.

It seems to work for them.

yeah. but theres the keyword "SEEMS". its not going to last. TRUST ME. and besides thats not very nice to string more than one person along. its not nice to string ANYONE along really. but yeah itll definitely end in disaster for them AND the guys but mostly for the chick. i GUARANTEE it.

I'm seeing that exact situation occur right now with one of my close friends. She tells me EVERYTHING, and I kind of feel bad for the guys but at the same time they all know she isn't interested in long term and they still try and change her.

    It's really complicated. lol

sounds it. i dont think i could handle being in a relationship like that or being the weaver of that kind of relationship. too much drama and stress.

From a perspective of a friend that knows what is going on, and isn't involved it actually really educational for me. I get see hands on what makes a woman who is being chased by several guys at once pick, and how she chooses and why.

It's like getting access to enemy intelligence. lol

Not every woman is like the ones I know, as most are ex escorts, strippers, and promotional models. That is a whole new world that once you experience you never look at people the same way again. lol

It can be. It's different for everyone. As long as all your partners know about each other there's nothing bad about it. Cheating's a no-no.

This takes me back to Jr. high when I had 3 boyfriends at the same time. What a nightmare. I never did that again. The juggling was beyond hard.

Fun
