No... it looks weird. Always. To me, natural is always pretty hot-- be they pendulous, mosquito bites, lopsided, droopy or surgical scars. No need for plastic, as far as I'm concerned. :O)
If the woman thought that making herself appear different on the outside would fix some inner demons she struggled with then it would not be worth it.
But I think sometimes some extra chest padding can make a woman feel great about herself. I also think breast augmentation is a great option for older women with large breasts, women suffering from back problems, and women who have had double mastectomies.
