Don't be loud and retarded.
Don't act like a freshmen.
Don't act like a middle schooler.
Be responsible and respectful.
When you're a senior, you can start having a little fun.
Make sure you knock out the required classes first before choosing your "fun" electives.
And most IMPORTANT of all, DON'T ACT LIKE A FRESHMEN.

AVOID UPPERCLASSMEN AT ALL COSTS
DON'T TALK TOO MUCH
ACTUALLY, DON'T TALK AT ALL
and study really hard.
This is in allcaps for a reason. Honestly, I think it's one of the most important things a new student needs to learn when they start highschool. Not picking up on how the older students move around is why older students hate the freshmen so much (at least where I come from). Not every school is the same, but I can give a few examples of things not to do.
Don't loiter in one hall-- I don't know about the rest of the world, but at my highschool the grade nines would stick to one hall in their spare time for half the year and make it completely impossible to go through for anyone else.
Don't crowd through both sides of a double-door (if there are any around your halls, cafeteria entrance/exit, ect)-- there will be people who will want to go in the opposite direction and can't get through.
The rule of thumb is that if seniors are pushing their way through your crowd of freshmen, reconsider where you're walking. Look around you and try to figure out why they aren't trying to walk somewhere else. If you notice that there's no room for a senior travelling in the opposite direction to get through, you're probably walking wrong.
