took us both a whole year before we could bear to be even 50 feet apart from each other. now we're pretty chill though, we talk/hang out occasionally and it's no big deal.

I try remaining friends afterwards unless I feel like there is no point. But afterwards we end up loosing all contact anyways.

of course. we went out for a reason. obviously we got along well. only one of my ex's out of 5 that i count as a full relationship girlfriends doesnt talk to me, the rest are in my best friend catagory. seriously i hav few close friends that i havnt dated b4 :p the rest are just friends :p
