- User Deactivated 2012/07/27 14:42:17no+1I don't think the two necessarily go hand in hand. I was the other way around for quite some time. I had an allergy to eggs and not to chicken. Besides there is no chicken inside the egg, though it did come from a chicken, so who knows.reply

yes+1seems logical, if your allergic to chicken and a chicken is an egg before its a chicken then it would make sense to be allergic to the egg as well.reply
